a series of photographs of "angels" by Justin Bailey which I took in '95.

The figures in these pics are discarded plaster-of-paris angels
that Tim, my friend and fellow artist, found in a disused church in Essex Road.
He kept them for a bit and then he decided to chuck them out,
so I rescued them from the skip and took this series of work one late night
on the balcony at the studios in Carpenter's Road, Hackney Wick..
